When Neal Morse bolted Spock's Beard after their "Snow" release, I had a reaction of despair along the lines of how I felt when Gabriel left Genesis. It was reinforced by Morse's first album while still with the group, a bland 80's pop effort at best/5().

  9. 'Testimony' is both a worship and a progressive rock concept album. Oh what a joy to be speaking of progressive rock, concept albums and CCM in the same sentence! This double disc album (three with special bonus disc edition boxed-set) is a masterpiece.
